We use Fastway courier to deliver orders of 3 or more ornaments within the Island of Ireland. We send 1-2 ornaments by an post 1-€2.95, 2-4.95 ) Although this method is not tracked we will obtain a receipt of postage. If you are unsure about using an post and would like to upgrade your shipping to courier, please phone us with your credit card or laser details and we will send your order via fastway couriers(signature and contact number required). Please note: we have no method for following up with An Post using an post, but generally they deliver within a few days.
For U.K.,European and the Rest of World orders we use An Post services on your behalf. To view delivery details for your particular destination, log onto www.anpost.ie If you are unhappy with their terms of service, and you wish to have us ship by another means (courier ect) contact us and we will endeavour to meet your request.
We ship all orders promptly and you will be notified via email when your order is sent. Please be patient if your order has not arrived as quick as you would like it to, and be sure to check with the post office or indeed neighbours if there is a parcel waiting for you. 1 ornament will fit through a letterbox, but 2 more than likely will not. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery by an post,please do not expect us to.
Returns Policy
Please double-check the spelling of each name before submitting your order.
We cannot rectify mistakes once they have been personalised .If we make a mistake, we will replace the ornament at no charge once the incorrect ornament has been returned to us. (We will credit your card with the appropriate postage.) We recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting (free from the post office).
If an item arrives to you in a less than perfect condition, contact us and we will endevour to rectify the situation immediately.
If you have ordered an item that is not personalised you have the right to return the said item to us with in 7 days for a full refund (less postage costs).
I gave all my family the reindeer family ornaments last year,
this year I am sending them all the fireplace ornaments.
