What if the name is spelled incorrectly?
Please double-check the spelling of each name before submitting your order.
We cannot rectify mistakes once they have been personalised. If we make a mistake, we will replace the ornament at no charge once the incorrect ornament has been returned to us. (We will credit your card with the appropriate postage.) We recommend that you obtain a receipt of posting (free from the post office).
What is the maximum amount of letters for personalisation?
Most names up to about 8 letters can be accommodated on ornaments. We have shown the ornaments personalised to give you an idea of the space restrictions. Some ornaments are more suited to longer names. If you are unsure
CONTACT US and we will be able to advise you.
What are your shipping rates?
Flat courier rates for the island of Ireland is €4.95 -3 or more ornaments.
One ornament posted to Ireland - €2.95, 2 ornaments (Ireland) €4.95.
UK, Europe and the rest of the world €5.95 - for 3 or more, 1- ornament-2.95, 2- 4.95.
When can I expect my order?
We aim to ship orders within 3 working days. If you need your order sooner, send us an email and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note between Jan-Oct. the shipping times may be longer.
In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you and advise you of the estimated date of arrival. You may then choose to either cancel the order or indeed wait.
My order is a gift. Can I have an order shipped directly to the recipient?
Yes, we can ship directly to the recipient adding from your name on the small gift tag on the gift bag. Please note that a separate order must be made for each shipping address.
Why should I include the year?
Including the year, helps create a keepsake for the future. It may not seem important now, but in years to come it will be lovely to look back and reminisce when you hang your special ornament on the tree year after year. It is also a lovely way to create a tradition of sending an ornament to friends and family each year.

I am interested in retailing The Ornament Shop! range, How to I find out more?
Contact us with a brief description of your type of proposed selling enviorment. (retail shop, RMU(shopping centre kiosk), Craft Fairs, Fundraising ect.) and location. Upon approval we will send you out a wholesale information pack for your consideration. As European distributors we can accommodate wholesale accounts throughout most of Europe.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on line?
All credit card payments are processed by Realex payments. Realex operates a safe, secure, encrypted, bank certified payment system that assures you, the customer, peace of mind.
Do you give quantity discounts?
Yes, we do! Contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to quote you.
My order status is showing shipped but my order has not arrived?
Please check with your local post office, perhaps they have (or should have) left a note for collection at the post office or perhaps they dropped it into a neighbours for you. One ornament may fit through the letter box but 2 or more certainly do not! We have a bright red -The Ornament Shop- return sticker that they may recall. If you have ordered 3 or more ornaments and given us a mobile contact number for delivery then your parcel was sent by fastway couriers on a 1-2 working day delivery schedule. Please have your mobile switched on, as the courier may try to ring before attempting delivery. If more than a few days have passed since your order status was updated to shipped, please email us and we (and the wonderful girls in Fastways!) will find out where it is.
* Latest date for ordering for deliveries in Ireland is Monday the 20th December 2010 Latest date for delivery to the UK, and the rest of the world is the 12th December 2010. If you are unhappy or unsure about using an post for orders of 1-2 ornaments, ring us on 091 631000. We can upgrade your shipping to courier service and take payment details over the phone for the balance of the shipping charge. Courier charge: (3-4 working days) to the UK is €15.00 for any size parcel.
The Ornament Shop will still send orders after these dates to the UK, but obviously cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Please understand, we choose these methods of shipping to keep the charges as low as possible for you, our customer.
